Tímea Mezei

Tímea is a practicing teacher and a PhD student. Her research field is teachers’ beliefs in relation to learning motivation. Her main focus is on how the most recent research results on learning motivation could be implemented into teachers’ everyday classroom practices.
In line with this, Tímea has been exploring those teacher beliefs, characteristics and other circumstances that prevent the integration of research results into teachers’ classroom practice (Mezei & Fejes, 2019).
She has examined this area with the help of qualitative methods (Mezei & Fejes, 2020), and she has been working on a large-sample study lately.
